Good catch, glad you got it figured out!

Still unsure as to why they say you cannot get a crank relearn done, if I ever am able to try to get one done on my car I'll let you know.

Could be due to software Will.

Turns out I was told wrong when I had asked about my car needing one from a member or two on another site, crank relearn should not be needed unless 98' or up.
I guess the PCM automatically learns the crank shaft position for 96'/97'

The 97'* have the option in the PCM to do a crank relearn via software.

If some one here had access to a Tech 2, they could tell us if the 96'* had the option.

So when I was told it could be done also with HPTuners I guess I was told right.
Ya know there is an app for the I-Phone that you can get, it is called DashBoss, you have to spend like 170.00 or so to get the dongle to plug into the OBD 2 port, it is supposed to support a GM Case Learn, and it is a lot cheaper than HPTuners, or a Tech II.
It is said to only be known to work 2005 and up, but it says "DashBoss will work on any CAN-based vehicle"
I was going to get the money and buy it, but I ran out of money before I could get it.
