Buzz, I checked the lemon law legislature for MI. In order for this to apply, the car has to be in the shop for something like 30 days for the same issue. I was thinking the same thing. Good luck with your dealership, hope they work with you better than mine worked with me. Btw, where do you take your car? I take mine to Delehanty Pontiac in Flushing, MI.

I don't remember the lemon law in CA, but in OR, there is no time constraint. It'* 3 times within 6 months or something like that. HOWEVER, I seriously doubt the HUD would be considered a safety issue, regardless of all the data that points that way from research. It'* really considered more of a luxury.

All it takes is a little bit of work to get the customer service you, as a paying customer deserves, I'm glad Pontiac adressed it in a much better manner than the dealership.
