Maybe run new speaker wiring? Stock stuff is puny, and you might have some things inline depending on your stereo that'll mess it up a lot.

Above 40? Is loudness on? That'* important on pioneers. You'll need to appropriately set your gains or you will have distortion. Gains are NOT volume, they're a set it and forget it.

Alright its fixed. I got a new amp and hooked all my sound speakers up to it and ran all new wire. It sounds awesome. I'm pretty sure it ended up being the 6x9 wires because after i ran new wire to them it stoped. Thanks for all the help i will have pics soon.
