haha. So I'm pretty sure some people have seen me making a bunch of threads asking about aftermarket headunits. Just recently I've decided to give it a go and buy everything that is needed to put in a new headunit. The installation process went wayyy easier than it is hyped up to be for putting an aftermarket into a 2000+ bonneville. (Or at least it seems like everyones saying its really hard to do) But it was especially easy for me compared to most people because I didn't have to cut ANYTHING. I guess the pioneer DEH-P400UB is a shorter headunit than most. Anyways here is how it turned out.

yay for the first aftermarket thing I've ever installed on a car. Just thought I'd share this with you all.

Oh yeah and that clock in the first two pictures should have read 1:30am because I stayed up from like 11-2am installing it.. wouldve taken like an hour if i would have known what I was doing. Needless to say; lots of messing around.

Sweet... congrat on your first aftermarket install!!! IMO, I don't care for the blue mixing in with the red on the dash board.. But I am a pioneer fan and i do like that deck!!!

The USB is 8GB and it just has music stored on it because I don't have an iPod or any other type of mp3 player that will work for my headunit (I have an iPhone it won't connect to the headunit). But I'm pretty sure that you can buy a bluetooth addon for it but I think it costs somewhere around $100.
