well, is sony out of the question? i have had a sony in my corvette for 8-10 years (model CDX-C680) and another sony in my ssei for three years now and i LOVE them. great sound quality, easy to use, sub control, and the orange matches our dashes extremely well. just a suggestion...

The Eclipse easily. If you want function over form, the Eclipe is for you. Some of the best SQ head units out there.

i have the upgraded version of that clarion headunit, and i love how it can match the interior lights of the bonne and also have the dim feature. It has great sound and features for the price.

i think opposite of everyone here it seems like... i dont like the eclipse unit.. it looks easy to use, but doesnt hit me costmetically...

i could get somethng with a full color screen and fold down features :P

however, im in love with my stock unit right now... this is my first stock cd player in a car... i just hate that it doesnt have any outputs

Ahhhhh.......the bug just couldn't let down could it???

Uhhh.....as u know I like sony....but if I was to choose I'd prolly go for the eclipse....haven't really heard any of their HU'* but heard alot of good stuff about them!! Just make sure u look around everywhere u can....see if maybe u can get something BA for a decent price.....I personally won't buy a refurb ever again because I only had like a month or 2 warranty and it started acting up after that!!

ive decided on teh eclipse, the more i thought about it,m the eclipse i basically the best head unit around without getting too fancy or having multi-colored displays/screens. It has every feature and more than i will ever use

Make sure you click the link of the PM I sent you, toasty. I think you'll like the specs on the Pioneer Premier P-930
