I would also like to say that since i have changed back to my original PCM my gas mileage has dropped from 22 to BARELY 17.Do i need to unplug the battery to reset everything?

since the car was driven, you need a CASE learn performed on the car

I didnt think a case learn was necessary when using the original PCM.Is that for sure?

A case learn will optimize the PCM knowing where the position of the crank.
