had to pick the old pieces of plastic and o-ring out of the intake and tensioner, then put on some black rtv for good measure.

I am pretty sure the smaller elbow should be for L67'*, the tensioner does not have the other nipple cast as part of the tensioner assembly like on L36'*, at least that is what I have heard, I have yet to work on a L67.
Let me try to find a pic via google.

The lower elbow is the shorter stubby one.

That'* correct. Us L67 guys don't have your fancy cast lower elbow and need that second stubby one. On the L36, make sure you inspect and if necessary replace the o-ring on the cast elbow.

i didn't move the tensioner so hopefully its good but when i look again for leaks i will check it out
