Default Coolant elbow update...??

Guys I looked up the threads alrdy and want to know if we came up with a consensus on what elbows should b used on the 3800 cuz mine leaking again....I see sum choices to b either fel-pro or gm brand....

Rock Auto carries the new Dorman metal coolant elbows. Not a lot of history on them, but I think that is what I would use,

get some gm orings though to put on the metal elbows they are better quality

Agreed, the AC Delco'* are what I recommend.
ACDELCO Part # 1534066

If you have a LIM Fel-PRO kit, then the o-rings that come in it are also just as good as the AC Delco'*.

I know this might b a little weird but I couldn't figure out how to order the aluminum elbows...I don't see the option to buy..

Ok, I found it on Rock Auto.

It'* under Heat & Air Conditioning and is called a Heater Hose Fitting. they have both the plastic and aluminum ones.
