Default AC clutch won't engage!!

Working on my 2000 Bonneville and here is what I got. AC clutch will engage if jumped out. I have put in one 12oz. can if refrigerant. The condenser fan will come on when AC is turned on, but not the clutch. I checked all the fuses and the AC relay is good.

What now??

Are you getting power at the clutch when you attempt to run it?

Yes, the clutch will engage when you jump it out at the relay.

You need to put a set of gauges on and see what the pressures are.

I have a set of gauges. I hooked them up today but I wasn't sure what the pressures should be or if the car should be running. I will do more research on how to use them.
