Cool beans......that'* a good way to go. Probably the best option besides DP. It will still have the same bearing problem eventually, but probably not as soon as most cheapo aftermarkets.

by the time the bearings go bad i wont have the car anymore or it will be dead lol

One thing to remember also is the a/c clutch has a history of going bad on these cars. I know your voltages were low and its obvious that you need a new altinator but for everone else keep it in mind. Also if you should ever have one of these go bad and the dealership say the clutch can't be replaced by itself, well it can. Just a little FYI sounds like your headed in the right direction.

i got it in tonight it was alot easyier then i thought it was. and its alot quieter and my lights a bit brighter belive it or not im getting 13.89 volts under heavy load. with is alot better then before.

Hmmmm....Aluminum one-piece intake, and Magnavox coils. We don't see that very often.

this spring the car is getting a major cleaning cuz it needs it. whats the easyest way to clean the engine? i was told simple green, just sprey it down and lightly sprey it off. yeah i have never seen a car that had my coil pack.

Gunk Foamy Engine Brite. Follow the directions on the can. Simple green would be for light oil residue. Won't cut grease or heavy buildup in corners.
