Default temps

I have a 94 SSE (107,100 miles) and have not changed my stat to a 180 yet. What does anyone think is normal oil pressure and engine temp. I usually have a bit over 40 (oil pressure) at idle, and over 200 engine temp. Anyone that has a 94 SSE, what'* yours run? Thanks for the input.
