Could someone list from left to right what the relays go to. I can't seem to find it in my manual.

These are for a 92 Olds 88 but seem to match what Echo posted. Are these what you wanted?

Yes, thank you. Are all four pin relays the same, or do the polarities differ? last summer my air conditioning went out and a friend of mine changed them around trying to determine if one was bad, and I don't think he put them back. He'* also the guy who gave me the car after blowing the first engine.

I believe the relays in the passenger compart relay center are all the same. I don't know if that'* true for the underhood relays. Aren't there any part numbers on those relays?

There are part numbers and now that I have your list I may be able to compare and see if they are where they belong.

Went to the parts store to get some lock tabs for the relay panel. Tryed to crank the car and no start. Barely could hear the usually loud fuel pump. Took the battery loose waited tryed to crank it (same thing) Repeated the same scenario and I hear the loud whirling of the fuel pump and she cranks. Don't know if it was the fever or just plain tired. But I almost started laughing. Who wants to lay odds on the fuel pump?

Sounds like it is time to go find yourself a fuel pressure gauge, plumb it into the fuel rail and see how much pressure you are getting to the injectors. If the pump is original, it is most certainly tired and maybe dead now, and replacing it will only help. But the fuel pressure test will tell you, and the rest of us, the truth about it.

I took it to a mechanic that my wife knows. Told him only the problems I was having and nothing of what I already did or what I thought it might be. He checked it, replaced the crank shaft sensor and all seems well.
That is what I took it in for in the first place. I told the first, second, and third mechanic that after checking the manual I thought I needed a new cam shaft or crank shaft sensor.
Each one assured me it was most likely something else. From the tips I found here I was able to find and fix some issues that I wasn't even aware of. I am going to get a fuel pressure gauge and test it as soon as I get it back from having the heater core replaced, (cause that fuel pump does sound funny). Thanks for the advice and keep posting.
