Default 1994 Buick lesabre trouble codes..help please

codes were pulled on my car and I think it was po604 which reads as this

Internal Control Module Random Access Memory (RAM) Error as he said it had something to do with the pcm....what could cause that code and how to fix it?

on the other hand it could have been po640 which stands for Intake Air Heater Control Circuit but he said it has to do with the pcm (qdm???)

so how would i fix the second one also?

thanks for all information thanks

I'm guessing code 1640, but I'm not completely sure.

Hard to say for sure without knowing exactly what code he pulled. It does SOUND like it might be the PCM, but in those situations, you really have to try one to be sure.

i replaced the pcm but when i did autozone took the chip out of the old pcm and put it in the new pcm..stating that the new pcm does not come with one and the chip hardly ever goes bad..nonetheless I still have the pcm code..What could be at fault...It starts hard. but it does start and last week for the first time it just quit but it started back up and hasn't done it since.....I would begin to think cranksensor problems (since i have been through it with the bonnie but the pcm code throws it off..let me know what you think and what would you look at as the suspect..thanks
