so should i get another PCM
do i need to swich the chips if it came out the same year
and can the [PCM] be tested?

i got one out of the junkyard same year but because it got hit maybe it got fried?

Did you check ALL of your fuses. Drivers side block, passenger side block, engine bay.


EDIT: He'* not too far from me. 158 miles.

man right now i wish it was a fuse..lol
im looking in to the PCM.. the snow will fall soon
need to get this solve fast or look for a new car.
it sucks the car ran very strong
but i wont give up, best car i ever had
she was good to me so i have patients for her

will i tryed to send it to a shop and thay wont touch it
not even the dealership will look at it
id hate to say it but theres nothig more that can be done

Double check that you are getting power to the coils, I seriously doubt that you are since you aren't getting any to the injectors AND you aren't getting any spark. Those are two seperat circuits computer-wise and the computer doesn't control the 12v side: it switches the ground side to fire the injectors and the coils.

The 12v power usually goes thru fuses, then the ign switch, which activates the various relays (ign relay, EFI relay...) (note I probably have the wrong names for the relays but their function is what I'm trying to emphasize)

I don't have a schematic handy but you either suffered several relay breaks, a bad ignition switich, or a broken/corroded wires in the ign sw circuit.

after i told them the story
thay said thay dont want to get involved, that i should send it to a speacialist up in Kingston [N.Y] but thats to far to take a non runnig car


im looking at a 94 Grand AM GT [only $700]
but it sucks, its only got the 3100 in it :(
how r thay anyone have/had one,?
but i would rather drop the $700 in the bonne

but when i put the meter to resistans/200 the beep thingy
i get a beep with the prongs set up like in the above pic [key on]
is that normal??
