Fix your IAT. It affects fueling and timing. It'* very likely only disconnected.
And until we hear the sound, there'* not much we can really do for you. You should have pulled your plugs at the beginning of this topic.

I thought i plugged it back in when i changed the air filter, will check that...

I suggest like the others have suggested, pull your plugs, just do the front.
Take a picture of them and be sure to say which cylinder they came from. If the plugs look fine, then it'* not that.
