TPS volatge is 0.55

Check the IAC .. I'm wondering if it can't see the fuel going past.

If not that, also check for vacuum leaks. Also, make sure that the throttle blade is actually closed at idle (I know of one situation where an old misplaced headlight bulb had wedged itself in the throttle cable/linkage somewhere, and was not allowing it to close fully).

I'm going with a bad TPS/ wiring going to TPS.............

Sounds kinda familiar to something I had gone through.

Is your SES light on?? i'd shoot for a tps or vac. leak

is that voltage at idle??? if so looks close

Yes that is voltage at idle. I replaced some vaccum lines and it helped now the car cold starts at 1300 rpm as it warms climbs to 2000 rpmin park.

i juess you could try taking your IAC out and give it a good cleaning.

are you SHURE you don't have any more vac. leaks????
