ok...it...works...

still doesn't start perfectly, but no real abnormal hesitation.

what does this mean?!

Whats the abnormal start?

And it may mean that you might need to clean the IAC and reset the ECM to allow it to learn the IAC position ...

Ok, but that doesn't quite explain why the rail isn't holding fuel pressure.

Possible bad injector, Bad check valve.... Hard to say... The pressure has to be bleeding off someplace..
