West Coast Mini-Meet...continues in WA for a few days.....
FINALLY, some good news from O'Neil..........Things are looking up. He will be most definitely coming home either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning.
With what is happening with the car, I will have to leave that in the hands of O'Neil and Bill.

Looks like the torque converter, and possibly nothing else. However, the trans was removed and opened for inspection. Still waiting on the final word. TC was going to be replaced with the repair anyway.
This should solve the lack of 4th gear under 100mph!
Apparently, Pdad didn't say 3 hail mary'*, kiss his fingers and touch my TC last week like he was told to.

I hope it all goes well. I just finished reading all the new pages from the last time I left off, and this is going really well. Too bad about the transmission. But what about this pink/green flames chatter? No, you have to "keep it real." Realistic flames!
1. Torque converter
2. Took out the input shaft when it went.
3. Reverse reaction drum (stovepipe, coffee can) not surprising
4. 4th gear clutches. Not surprising at all considering the high stall and major heat for those that know and have driven the car.
