I just pulled the door lights outta my car, I'm starting to plan out what I'm going to do with them now. Thinking 3 LED/side, nice and simple.

The door lights are a LOT nicer to work with, there'* tons of space in there and they pop right out so you can work where it'* air conditioned :P.

Thanks! That'* means extra coming from someone which such an EPIC car.

OK, so I'm all done doing the same thing to the side door lights.

First off, here'* my sleepy helper :P

OK, here'* the face of the stock light fixture:

And the back:

And these are the tiny bulbs used stock:

So the first thing I did was make a template of the opening out of mat board, just like I did with the foam core, except this time I wanted something thinner due to the lack of space to work with.
The mat board is shown here below the fixture:

Here'* the LEDs installed onto the mat board, and test fitted into the light fixture, extra hot glue used to ensure nothing moved due to car vibrations, and protected from any long term wear or corrosion:

Then the real install part came:
Circuit test before I fitted it permanently:

And we're all good, both sides done:

As with yesterday, night pics will come later.... ya know.... when it get'* dark out.
