what line are those on now? dash lights, courtesy lights, direct switched, headlights?

I'm not sure of the proper name, I guess it would be curtesy lights? They're the ones that fade out (which looks REALLY cool) and are only on with the doors being open, or someone pulling the door handle.

The bulbs in the door are not 194'*. They are smaller, same style plug though.

Either the camera is over exposed or those leds are friggin bright. The bulbs in my doors were 194. Same bulb used in the under dash and front corner signal lights. They go on when you turn on your dome lights as well.

Both, all those shots are @ ISO1600, f/3.5 and 1/3s to 2s exposure.

But it is bright, which is why I didn't go near the recommended 30+ LEDs. I knew mine were rediculously bright.

I've put 6 of these in an XBOX controller before and they just light up the entire room, it'* blinding.

Got pics of the xBox controller ? I'm curious. What was it, like a controller * with the translucent color? /end hijack

Door light bults are not 194'*... they are small. You can probably build a regulator in and use the exising sockets to feed.

I was thinking of doing my door lights as well. I got a new set from Bill and im going to work with them this wekeend.
