I've been wanting to set my car apart another little bit and since I have amber/white switchbacks and HID'* in the front, puddle lights on the doors, I came up the idea of changing my rear lights a little. How about two turn signals and two reverse lights per side? I ordered two sets of red/white switchbacks and four new but slightly used sockets. After all parts came in I started to re-wire the back of the car and came up with this.....


Just reverse lights...

I love it! Great idea. How bright are the switchbacks compared to the regular backup lights? Wonder if Brian could have used those instead of the blinding beams he'* got mounted to the back of his car.

Honestly Tommy, I havent driven my car since I did it. They are brighter than a standard bulb, but nowhere near as bright as 55w driving light. I had this planned before I read Brian'* Light mod and thought about throwing it out there for him, but didn't want to ruin my surprise.

Lol was just thinking the same thing...
