They look good and clean up the wheel apearance nicely.
Do they add to the road noise at hiway speeds? (ie whistling?)

I'm guessing so, you probably buy one for whatever diameter your rims are.

I considered those, but for the same price i got ceramic pads for the front, and they are essentially dustless. (the dust is transparent so you can't see it until you rub your finger on the wheel and look at your finger.

Not a bad deal, but for $70 I'll go get a set of Ceramic brake pads for $45 and have $25 to spend on car washes.
But then, I suppose your pads aren't worn out like mine were when I bought my ceramics.
