Well all set to do the rear brakes!

Before Shot!

Caliper removed, old rotor removed, ready for new pads.

Old pads removed, ready for new pads and rotor.

New rotor installed, caliper re-mounts with new pads.

Finished one side back together ready for wheel mounting!

This is the piston that goes into the caliper for which that special toll is used.

Tool in action threading (clockwise) piston back into caliper. (poor focus)

This is the left rear rotor inside.....obviously the main culprit for the vibration!

Easier than I imagined. Just have to remember to "thread" the piston back into the bore before remounting the pads and caliper. Emergency cable was never removed, just a bracket removed for more freedom of movement of the whole caliper.
Thanks to Archon for info, tips, diagarams, and offers of technical phone support!
Now it brakes smooth and quiet!

I see you have your priorities straight Brian, Corona, nice Mexican Beer. I just went online for the first time today to see how you're doing with your brakes and it looks as though you're just starting. Don't take to many beer brakes now.
