Found a used Kobalt box on Craigslist. Same box as Mike'* except has the fridge and does not have the USB charger he has (it has a Apple 4 style built in charger). I also think Mike'* box has some design updates in the way the drawers work.

Almost fell of the truck when I was unloading it by myself. The wheels are huge, pushed one side of the aluminum ramp off the tailgate. Was inches from falling off the ramp on its sides. Somehow recovered- was able to get it down the ramp...

Spent an hour trying to clean it with numerous cleaners like stainless steel fridge polish. Worked just ok. Going to need to find my brasso....

Woh found a used one, cool! Glad it did not fall, that would have made for a bad day.
Even in that photo, you cleaned it up nicely, looks new!
Now get that fridge running, get some beer cold, as it'* time to celebrate!

Looks really good, I love the stainless steel!
I could use a mini version of one of those, for my tools at home.

Here is a picture before it was cleaned up- the Seller still has it on Craigslist. Mike, I was thinking about tracking you down to meet for breakfast when I picked it up, but did not tell my Wife when I left to get it (she was sleeping- made the deal at 6am Monday morning).

Fridge is clean- just have to go back to New York to get the beer- beer is super pricey here in PA.

They have a great price on the 42" set, like 800 out the door. Let me know, you can use my 10% mil discount. Also these come up for sale on CL from time to time, I suspect the $800 Kobalt can be purchased used in great condition for 400-500.

One issue- these boxes are big and heavy- even the smaller ones....

So, I'm curious, if you don't mind me asking, how much was this used unit picked up for?
