This past winter battery died in truck. I had to redo the remote start. Battery died again and remote start quit altogether. Dealer that installed out of business. First time it went at least lights would flash. Now nothing. Is there usually a fuse or a fused link somewhere under dash?

If the installer had any sense at all, they would have a fuse somewhere, but we don't have a way to know where the installer would have put it.

What brand is the remote start? There usually is fuse holder next to the control module under the dash above the pedals.

It’* a Crimestopper cool start. I’ve looked under dash for a fuse or fuseable link but my back makes ti tough to look for any amount of time. I haven’t been able to find an under hook pin either. I looked for anything hanging but no luck.
the first time it quit I got the three flashes to be able to redo it but this time it’* dead. Need a key to open my door

Several of those that I've dealt with have a lead on one of the coils. This is what they use to be able to tell that the engine started. Perhaps, if your vehicle is hooked up this way, you can trace back from this to the brains of the operation and then trace out to the power source.
