Question P0300 Misfire With Sparks Shooting Across 1 & 4 Coil Pack And OBDII Not Working

Hello Everyone, Its Been A Hot Min. Been Busy with other projects. The Bonnie have been sitting for a while, Now, the time has come to get Her back in shape. After I had the Flooding Problem Where Water was getting in the car, The car started Misfiring, but, I Couldn't pull/read the DTC because The OBDII Port Stopped working. I was able to get an electrician to get it to work again, Pulled the Code its a P0300, Random Misfire.

So, I did some poking and found how that 2 & 5 Coil Pack are not firing (Just Producing Baby Sparks) And Sparks Jumping Across 1 & 4 Coil Pack. So My Question is, Without doing further test, Does this Show that The ICM is Gone Bad? Or Is There a Possibility that its stemming from The Computer/PCM? As The OBDII Stopped Working As Well.... I'm quite confident that the Correct voltage is Reaching the ICM. But, I have to do a proper test to confirm that.

I Tried Switching around the coil packs around and even installed New Ones that I bought, still got the same Outcome. I'm suspecting the ICM to be bad, because the correct signal is being sent to the ICM but its not Reaching the 2 & 5 Coil Or Following the correct path, thus escaping and showing itself on the Closest Coil pack which is the 1 & 4 (Where the ICM Connector Plugs in).

Can someone help Me Out here..

Thanks.

If the high voltage can't travel all the way down the wire set, it will simply arc itself to the nearest metal object.

When was the last time you replaced the wireset and the sparkplugs?

It can also arc right there if the plastic is cracked around the terminals.

I agree with Mike though, basics first!

Default Update....

Thanks For The Response Guys. But, I Have Tested And Found That the ICM Was Bad. I Replaced it, The Car Runs Or Should I Say Idles Fine Now, No More Misfires. But, It has some new Problems that wasn't there before. So what happens is the Engine Shudders Or More Like Hesitation Under heavy load and it Often Shuts Down When I Climb/Go up a Hilly Road Or Just simply give it gas, It Just dies. I don't have a check engine light, only light on is the Airbag Light. There are 2 Wires Hanging From under the steering which I believe the Electrician Guy that Fixed the OBDII Port When it quit Working Must've Left there. Also, sometimes when I start the car it like runs rough for a while before it Idles smoothly. Often times My Anti-Lock And Parking Brake Lights Will Flash Off And On Especially When I Go Over Bumps Or Potholes. It feels to Me like an electrical Or sensor related problem, But I'm not sure what exactly Or which Sensor. (Camshaft, Crankshaft?)

Can I get help please.
What Wire is This? It'* a Yellow And Black Wire.
The Cut Wire Under Steering. What Wire is This?

You solved it, but didn't explain who, how, when, where, why.

Cheap Autozone ICM Was The Cause. Bought A Different Model Online Actually 2 Different Brands, Both Worked Great, That Fixed That Particular Problem, The Car Doesn't Shut Down Anymore While Driving..... Now, AirBag And Brake Lights Stays Light Up, And My Airbags Ain't Deployed...

SmH... Its always Something..
