Angry Really frustrated..car won't start

Okay, my 99 Bonneville SE won't start now. I was about to go replace my water pump and idle pulley but decided to go get food first. Went through then drive thru at Taco Bell and my old man turned the heat on while we were at the speaker box. the car sputtered out and died. Tried to restart it but it was a no go. We push it out of the way and decide to start trying to figure it out. Fuel pump is working and has pressure, engine is cranking, lights are working but not starting. My windows won't work, my locks won't work, seats don't work. But my rear defrost and radio/clock will not turn off even with key out of the ignition and doors open. My moon roof works, all lights work. But there car won't start. There is an after market alarm/remote start and then remote doesn't work. I just bought this car less than two weeks ago. And now I am super frustrated. My first and third cars were a 93 and a 94 ssei. Never seen anything like this. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Just to eliminate it as a possibility, have a look here...

If everything checks out ok there, have a good look at your battery terminals and have your battery load tested.

I would check the ground buses also. The only other thought is to check fuses (2 or 3 banks of them), and even try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, because it sounds like something freaked out in there, and resets can fix random freakouts.

Okay, here is the update. I looked at battery terminals, no corrosion. Battery tests just fine. Checked fuses over and over again, nothing is helping. My old man thinks it has to do with the security system. He took it out and it is still doing the same thing. Today I drove down to where my car is to check the ground buss, but couldn't find it. I don't see anything like that near the drivers seat. No one at the auto parts store seems to even know what I am talking about. Is there anyway that it could be located somewhere else on my car?

Did you remove the plastic door sill on the floor and pull the carpet back?

I removed the plastic and pulled carpet and padding back. Is it behind or in front of the driver seat? I did see that underneath my drivers seat is all rusted and nasty looking under there.
