typically when people say wont turn over they mean the starter wont rotate. so to be clear you are saying the engine wont start but the starter turns? you see if it has spark after it wont start?

Welcome to the forum Tivon.
As Justin mentioned it could be spark, fuel or air delivery problem.
Pull a spark plug or two , how do they look color, wet with fuel or..? when was the last time plugs/wires were changed or a tune up done?
A little diagnostics is going to be required. Is there a check engine light on as well?
Does the oil on the dipstick look clear or milky with bubbles by chance?

Check for spark at a couple of the easy to reach plugs when cranking.

Check fuel pressure (key on, engine off). See what it jumps to when the key is turned on, and watch to see if it drops off. Autozone will loan out a fuel pressure gage for free if you need one.

By the way, my guess is the fuel pump is giving up the ghost, but you need to check everything before you throw money at it.

I had a similar issue, it ended up being a bad vacuum cap on the intake. A quick fuel pump check is, you should hear the fuel pump, pumping for a second or two, when you go from key off, to key in run position. Fuel filters can do some funny things too.

Not really....... just because you hear the pump, does not mean it is creating sufficient pressure.....need to put a gauge on it.......symptoms sound like a fuel pump, crank sensor, ICM, or PCM.......diagnosis determines which one is the culprit.....
