Default engine replacement-82 t-a

I'm installing a 406ci sb rated at 500+hp. even though the car will never be raced,i don't think the stock radiator will handle all those horses. will a radiator from an earlier big block t-a fit my car? or, any suggestions?

your better getting a aftermarket one, stock ones weren't meant for that much power. my firebird was a v-6 car and the 6 one is small single core but wide. i had a local rad shop make me a v6 width double core aluminum rad with the v8 tank placement. it was maybe 100-150. so i can use the stock electric fan and rad brackets.
