The fuel pump is new, the injectors are not activated, they get no impulse.

Just because its new, doesn't mean it works.

as Mike asked, we asked for fuel pressure a long time ago(using a gage)....

Also, does your ignition key have a black resistor on the shaft?

You are seeing 12V at the injectors because the injectors are constantly powered 12V+ when the key is on. The PCM controls the GROUND to the injectors. You still need to address the code 26 issue. This is the quad driver A circuit. The PCM controls/monitors a few things on this circuit. Give this forum a search for "quad driver" and you will find many instances of code 26.

26- Quad Driver A module monitors the low speed fan, Evap canister purge solonoid, the HIGH TEMP light, and TCC apply. Note that it does NOT monitor the high speed fan relay.
Disconnect both fans and attempt to start...???

Disconnect the EVAP purge valve solenoid and attempt to start...???

BTW, its almost impossible to monitor the injector circuit with a cheap multimeter or a test light.

The code 26 was tried on all controlled parts and we have found a fault in the ground line of the solenoid valve for gasoline vapor extraction, this has been fixed and the error has come back again.
The fuel pressure is 42psi.

The fan control was also completely measured by also there was no error.

We removed the fan and the plug from the solenoid valve but he did not start anyway.

We measured with a high-quality multimeter whether the injectors are controlled, but nothing happens.

What is the HIGH TEMP light, and TCC?

TCC is Torque Converter Lockup. Disconnect the trans electrical connector and see if it starts.

Now I've pulled off all the controlled Quad Driver components in turn, but it still does not start.
