Yes, Paul is running the 3.3 at the moment.
Its really odd that yours is pulling KR at mid range rpms..
hmmm
Torque Managment cannot be displayed as KR.
KR will only be displayed when they sense Knock or Ping on one bank or another.
HOWEVER on the Aerorforce, you should be able to see TM when you are viewing the Ignition Advance, as this will pull timing.

How is punching it at 30mph getting you to 2500-3000 rpms. Some of this doesn't quite make sense.
Is the KR at the lower end of RPM range, mid RPM range, or top of the RPM range.

You guys need to read the posts.
He'* cruising @ 30, and punches the throttle, gets it to downshift into 1st or 2nd.
Around 2500-3500 RPM there'* some KR displayed.
Is it after the shift is fully completed? Or is it part of the computer holding back the engine for shifting duties paul?

Did this just start happening?
Pulley up and and see if symptoms persist. Or better yet, put race gas in the car and see if the KR is still present (false knock).

Cheers,
Paul, do you have the wide band A:F yet?
It is possible you have a lean spike when you punch it. The acceleration enrichment (same concept as an accelerator pump on a carb) may need to be tweaked a little.

Jason..punching a S2 SC at 30 mph doesn't result in 2500-3000 rpm. Don't tell people to read if you don't understand...that'* plain rude. I'm asking more questions to ensure we all comprehend the situation.
I punch it moderately from 30 mph and it downshifts to 1st or second gear, I am seeing a spike to 7 - 9 KR, then it decreases to 0 after few seconds as the revs climb.
No Kr at upper rpm, just from 2500 to 3500......(I call this mid range)
This is with the water injection turned off.....and 94 Octane.
It happens at aroun 0-2 psi boost and as the boost builds it decays to 0.
13 psi at 6000 rpm

3.3" on a Gen V.....yes it started happening after I pullied down from the 3.4" but heh I was running a 2.9" with the Gen 3.
Whose S2 have you driven that would not do 2500 to 3500 rpm at 30 mph when in the right gear. :?
The lean spike is interesting......no the A/F gauge is not hooked up yet.
