I dont see why you people complain about the sound when thats what your mostly getting from a CAI anyway. I love my startup hiss and wish that it lasted forever.

The sound you hear is the IAC maintaining air intake until the car warms up. Once warm the IAC closes and the sound subsides. It is normal and everyone with a CAI or some other open type of intake hears it. Price you live with for performance gains...

The stock intake has a resonator. Resonators are restrictive. Which do you want more, Power or Quiet?
