Default question about PCM

Excuse my stupid question but will a PCM such as a Jet Stage 1 change my governer from the stock 105 mph setting? Or will I need something more like a Hypertech tuner?
I realize for saftey reasons I'll need to upgrade to tires with the proper speed rating of course.

An INTENSE PCM is only 99.99 and will do everything you need.

Jack, please put your year and trim level in your signature.

I believe you have a 99? INTENSE is the way to go. Jet makes PCM'* for the previous generation that we prefer (very few options for us). You don't have the problem of limited selection we have, so simply go with the best.
