Basically any Series 2 NA motor will bolt right in. You'll end up swapping brackets for mounts and evap bolt on'*..but overall if you swap your rear exhaust manifold on..then it'* a pretty easy swap.

One big thing.. you will absolutely have to use the aluminum oil pan. It'* part of your passenger side motor mount.

Transmission:
You will want to get one that has the same structural side pan, basically a 4T65E (non HD).

Although..as long as you are swapping. Why not find an L67 (Supercharged) motor and it'* HD trans counterpart?
