HV3
It looks alright. Definetly not worth 200 bucks. 129, still is pushing it but i can bite the bullet on it. Should sell for around 100ish. But performance will tell the final story.
When I put my Doorman intake on I modified the runners to allow more air flow but still keep the runner desiign. I did a test with the stop Doorman runners and my modified runners. The low end was the same between the two, but at 4000+ rpm and especially at 55+mph the modified runners really show their strength. It pulls noticably harder with the modified runners. Thes best part was the cost.......nada

Could you possibly post a write up of what you did and your findings? I've been hoping for something like this. 200 bucks is way too much to spend on a piece of plastic
I have a couple of pictures on my phone but I dont have the cable to transfer the pictures to my PC. If someone that does have that capability on their phone wants to PM me their number I will be more than happy to send them the pictures to post here/ But, basiclly what I did was cut a 1.5-2" square at the top of each runner. In my way of thinking, it would allow more airflow at lower RPM and still maintain the long runner design for the higher rpm flow. The seat of the pants feel says it worked. I also trimmed the back runner because it blocked some airflow as well. I did try this with a stock runner in there to see if there was a difference. And there was. Keep in mind that I also had the heads and LIM ported at the same time.
