All the parts sitting right here. Total investment less than $20, and all wires originate and end in the cabin. Even the fan override connection point will be moved to IN the car, rather than the relay.
This box is a fan override, eStat, and Happy **** for the Series 1. Should work from 92-95.
Circuit design is done, but I have to build, connect, and test it. There are some lingering questions I won't go into just yet.

If there is anyway I can help don't hesitate to ask. I am so f***ing excited over this.
Radio Shaq is just down the street.
A bit of thanks to 2000SilverBullet for sparking my investigation into this. This works for a Series 1, but not for a Series 2.
The difference is the MAP sensor and how it works with the PCM.
Basically you can 'happy ****' and 'Estat' for pennies, and throw in a high speed fan override at the same time.
Someone price out the Happy ****, Caspers fan relay kit, and ZZP Estat. That'* somewhere over $200? God bless OBD1 and a good set of Factory Service Manuals.
