I want an intake..
All my materials came from Home Depot. Literally. The filter is a K&N RX-4750 for both mine and Haro'* old one linked here. That filter was chosen for it'* broad base to attach the shield to, and the fact that the IAT can go right in the filter (with a little modification).
Keep looking at my link above. I believe on one of those pages are some pics I took with a ruler in them for size comparison. Might've even done those for Haro. Don't remember that far back.

Hmm...
Wren, maybe I'm wrong here, but if you look at picture 67 out of 147, it looks to me that the IAT is drilled into the pipe, did the pipe come that way? And *sigh* I hate to bother you with more questions, but where did the pipe come from or what part number is it? I found the filter, will-do on getting that, but I'd like that pipe, infact, I'd love to copy that setup to the last screw
It looks like exactly what I want.... That or someone else can chime in with a similar one in chrome that has a hookup for the IAT or a way to get it in there...

There were only 6 of those pipes ever made. They were prototypes.
Get the rice pipe from autozone After those pics were shot, I moved the IAT to the back of the filter. The sensor doesn't heatsoak that way.
Just print the pics and head to Home Depot. Get the filter from www.ajusa.com
That'* the best price we've seen.

Price isn't a HUGE concern, but I still want to be somewhat reasonable, suggestions are ALWAYS welcome
I'd love a link to see what your FWI looks like...

Ok, sounds good, I'll be taking my time doing this project I want to research and figure out everything before I do it, as you may know the 95'* have a LOT of room up in the corner around the air box and I want to cut the plexiglass to fit perfectly, I not only want it to work good, but look good too..... And seeing other people'* setups or even other ideas will certainly help....

I am trying to build my CAI very very soon and I know the filter, I keep hearing from various sources to get the "rice pipe" from autozone, anyone have any more information on that, like what model or what to ask for in specific?
