I'm misunderstanding something. You said the 93 was harder than the 2k?

I'm talking about 30 minutes from a running engine to both manifolds on the shop floor. 92-95 S1 manifolds are a snap to pull and install.

Glad to hear the suggestions helped. I thanked Pat'* Dad when I did mine. He supplied the tools and made the suggestion from years of dealership experience.

took the first test drive..straight out of the y-pipe.....17.5* of timing up to 110mph with no KR.....with a 3.2".

Much faster though, I want to get it dyno'd with JUST headers+3.0 pulley+intake+PCM to see what gains can be had...I'm shooting for 240WHP and 300LB of Torque at the wheels with a good tune.

FYI these cars are a bit loud with no mufflers...

Yes. Loud.

Try driving a Fiero with a S1 L67 swap, at WOT coming straight out of the rear manifold. THAT is loud.

Headers are welded up...no leaks at all..using the stock y-pipe clamps.

It is quite a bit faster on the top end, but still needs some tuning to make it perfect.

Sounds good Hans. Shadd dyno'd his with about the same mods and got 240 hp and 300 ft-lb. That was before his rockers and straight pipes. You know his is so loud it hurts your ears.
