Will flashing the PCM get rid of the 108 mph governer?

Probably not.

Flashing refers to burning in the most recent program updates from the factory computer thru a phone line connection.
It will not remove the limiter....unless it is specifically programmed.

You mayl require an after market PCM but I am not familiar with your year of Bonne.

96 still had the 4T60, so far no one has offered an aftermarket for the 96 Bonne. 97 and up can be had though.

Ain't that just a female dog. Couldn't I swap in a computer from a newer car? I know when I did the engine swap in my stang I could use pretty much whatever computer I wanted. Then again, that was before OBD. And it'* a ford.

No you couldnt just swap for a newer pcm sorry.
You would need a custom burn, try out Jet they have some options for older years?
