Default governer

Would the 93 L27 have a governer? I hit 95 one day in my car and still had throttle left but it wouldn't speed up.

Your limiter is around 107-109 due to factory tire speed ratings.

You have a problem

Perhaps you have a clogged cat, something related to fueling, etc. Hard to diagnose without anything to start on. Does it just seem to fall on its face around 85-90?

Nope, it steadily climbs up to about 95 and then just hangs out there.
