I'll just go look over there.
I take back the head bashing thing because there are well over 2000 pictures of cars that I've pulled up. But at least now I know about the boost gauge. Also, isn't it that this measures lost boost rather than gained compression?

will moving down to a 2.2" or 2.1" cause problems? Someone over on the fiero forums tried it on a relatively stock s1 94 3800 and ran into problems around a 2.1" pulley and had a lot of engine surging. He said it was night and day between that and a 2.2". I'm wondering if I do these flow mods with the porting, polishing, and shorter more open exhaust, will I be able to drop the pulley diameter past what he was able to? I'm also very interested in alcohol injection, I have yet to figure out how I want to do it though.

you should run a cam with some rockers
. I'll leave the rockers the same, the cam will definitely be an aggressive custom grind with stock rockers taken into factor. Everything will be ported from the sc inlet to the exhaust manifolds if need be
.

Hey guys, long time no see. There really hasn't been any progress lately hence my lack of posting. I do have a question for you guys though, what company can I purchase a double roller timing set from for the 94 s1? Things are looking good to get this engine built and ont he road by late july for my favorite carshow
. My heads and crank are in the shop right now, once I get those back I'll be ordering the master rebuild kit in the next month or two. Thanks for all the help!
Edit: Also, is there anyone on the forums here that I could send my supercharger out to to be rebuilt? It was running freely when I got it off of the engine, but now it must have a small spec of dirt in it somewhere because it'* locking up on me and it feels/sounds like it'* grinding on some foreign object when it locks up.

You can't get a double roller, nor do you need one or typically want one. It'll end up causing you to delete the balance shaft and will shake more at idle. I run a stock timing set (stronger than stock, higher spec) on 105# valve springs with no problems. There is also no HP advantage to the double roller. It'* only typically done in cases where higher than 105 springs are used.
What valvesprings are you using?
www.canadiansupercharger.com is our preferred rebuilder. They also have a facility in FL for the US guys. Or you can rebuild it yourself. Since that'* a typical maintenance item, and not adding power, that'* probably a good question for the Forced Induction section.
