How do I jump an obd port on my 95 olds with an obd 2 port with 6 pins.

You don't. '93 was the last year you could do that in these cars.

'95 uses the notorious GM OBD 1.5 system which requires a scanner capable of the protocol. In this iteration, it'* essentially an OBD 2 computer, using OBD 1 communication protocols, over an OBD 2 port. You will need to find a scanner that lists it is specifically compatible. I have an Actron CP9145 that does the job perfectly, but other scanners can do it as well.
