1995 Oldsmobile 88 obd 1.5 jumping port
You don't. '93 was the last year you could do that in these cars.
'95 uses the notorious GM OBD 1.5 system which requires a scanner capable of the protocol. In this iteration, it'* essentially an OBD 2 computer, using OBD 1 communication protocols, over an OBD 2 port. You will need to find a scanner that lists it is specifically compatible. I have an Actron CP9145 that does the job perfectly, but other scanners can do it as well.
