Charcoal is the same as tossing a lump of coal in the tank on the bonne... Gas all the way guys.

amen.

gas is also for people too lazy for charcoal

Call it what you will........ I don't like to wait an extra 1/2 hour for charcoal to be ready to cook on. When I am not at home, sure charcoal is the way to go, but at home, give me the gas grill any day Just turn up the ****, press "ignite" and go
charcoal is ready to cook on in like 10min if you know what your doing... and its much easier to regulate hot and cold spots with charcoal.

ahhhhh, I don't have any hot and cold spots on my grill...... three burners, seperatly controlled..... ceramic coated grilling surfaces.... two levels to cook on... no heat regulation problem there PLUS, I can regulate the heat with a turn of a ****... you have to lift up the grill to regulate hot and cold spots with charcoal

Now, before we get too carried away with this whole charcoal vs. gas thing I will say that I do like the flavor that charcoal brings out.... although only slightly. Sometimes I don't even know the difference.

I am not a professional food tester, I am a professional food EATER if it tastes good, I eat it

oh and BTW..... bear meat is awesome

Funny how all the things that taste good are really bad for you. :?

I always ate great quantities of meat and could never gain weight above my 145 lbs little bod.

......but just wait 'till you guys turn 50.....metabolism slows and things will happen.

Oh heck with it. Go ahead and enjoy your meat. I did and still do . You'll probably die before 50 anyway. No one lives to be THAT old
