Call it what you will........ I don't like to wait an extra 1/2 hour for charcoal to be ready to cook on. When I am not at home, sure charcoal is the way to go, but at home, give me the gas grill any day Just turn up the ****, press "ignite" and go

Now, before we get too carried away with this whole charcoal vs. gas thing I will say that I do like the flavor that charcoal brings out.... although only slightly. Sometimes I don't even know the difference.

Funny how all the things that taste good are really bad for you. :?
I always ate great quantities of meat and could never gain weight above my 145 lbs little bod.
......but just wait 'till you guys turn 50.....metabolism slows and things will happen.
Oh heck with it. Go ahead and enjoy your meat. I did and still do . You'll probably die before 50 anyway. No one lives to be THAT old
