Default You win some.. you loose some...

I"ve already collected 19 Civics/CRX.. 8 integras..3 Cavalier.. 3 GA GT'*...2 Mustangs.. and now I can add one more to the list of kills...

I was just cruising home from a night of looking for a races.. but nothing.. but then I saw a Civic in front of me with 4 chicks in it.. then a BMW 325i pulled up beside them and kept revving their engines like their asking for a race or something... so sure enough this went on for about 3 lights... the next light was red and it opened up to a 3 lane one way road. So I shot over to the 3rd lane.. and just stared at those punk asses in daddy'* car trying to impress the ladies in the Civic... sure enough.. they thought they were all that.. then I leaned over the front a bit more.. saw them sexy ladies... winked and waved.. then I noticed that the light had already turned green and buddy in the 325i stomped on it to take off he had half car length by then... I gradually went to WOT and up over and gone.. I blew their doors off even before I could reach 3rd gear.. they were already about 4-7 cars back..ha ha ha.. so now I can put a BMW 325i to the kill list... then I saw a real sweet purple 300ZX.. later on that night.. asked if he wanted to go for fun... "sure" he said.. went through about 4 lights waiting to catch a red and no traffic ahead of us.. by the 6 one.. we got what we wanted... needless to say.. I got my *** handed to me... I barely kept up with him. By the end of the run.. 190 kmh thru a 80 kmh zone we killed it and he was a good 6 - 7 cars ahead of me.. we pulled over at a gas station.. and we compared under the hood.. he had a lot of work done under that 300ZX twin turbo'd stage 2 with a huge *** intercooler and all.. he had the car dynoed to 394 BHP... he was shocked that my car could've kept up with him that well.. needless to say.. it was a good kill for him... I may have lost.. but it'* just more reason to start modding my car

Hanging with the 300 like you did was definitely something to talk about. I have a friend who has one, and he has pee-resistant seats in the thing. His car actually scares HIM. He'* selling it now. What have you done to your car?

Nothing major.. gutted the internals of the airbox, removed the MAF screen, and running a 3" dryer duct from under the front driver side fog lights into the airbox, will be probably changing to a 4" dryer duct. I was going to go witha CAI system, but I'm too lazy to have to remove it every season because of all the snow . At least with the dryer duct if it rains hard or snows.. all I have to do is push the duct up more to behind the bumper. 180 T stat. I am planning on changing the SC pulley, but I think I will do that after I get a Trans cooler first. ( no point modding the car if I don't think it'* going to hold up even though I have a 4t65HD tranny , better safe then sorry.. pushing the big beast home would not be an idea of fun ha ha ha ). After the SC pulley, I will do a cat-back system to support the NOS I eventually would want to dump into the Beast.. and if I still get my *** handed to me then.. then I'll just have to fake a NOS leak in my cabin and laugh all the way back :P .

Mine is a 97.. the main difference I can see is that mine comes with the series 2 engine with M90 */c whereas yours is the series 1 with M62 */C... Did you notice a difference when you went cat-back ?? Did you loose any torque because of lack of back pressure ?? I"m sure the top end would haul ***... what muffler did you use ??
Water injection... so that also means you can use a lower octane for normal driving too... I might be wrong though....
