Not ashamed to say omnivore.

I used to be strictly carnivore (just let the bull run by and I'd rip off a piece) RARE but believe me guys, it will catch up to you when you are in your late fourties. It'* not all beer belly.

Nothing like a good salad after some Oso Bucco. Lamb is very good for you.

Try and limit the beef and pork. Too many toxins in them.

Fish is great, as long as it'* not bottom feeders.

Eat your greens .......and you'll live to be a 100 like me. :P

I can't imagine my meat eating ever catching up to me. With the quantities I consume vs my lowly 150 lbs constant.... No way. I do the binge part without the purge and gain nothing.... I'm more concerned about my family history of high bloodpressure

Call it what you will........ I don't like to wait an extra 1/2 hour for charcoal to be ready to cook on. When I am not at home, sure charcoal is the way to go, but at home, give me the gas grill any day Just turn up the ****, press "ignite" and go
