I guess I'll be Mr. Obvious here, didn't it cross your mind to let off the throttle when it started to break loose?

My intent was that he consulted a lawyer( many of them will do a free consult )

It worked so good that he wasn't found at fault, it was classified under no-fault and even got his car covered under insurance nad I don't think he had full coverage (been so long I can't recall for sure but I think he didn't and thats why it stands out in whats left of my memory)

To tell you the truth..I think one of the reasons the back wheels were still spinning and the fronts were locked up was that i had my big *** foot on both pedals at once I think that might have been most the problem.
Can't say much more than that...I'm obviously not a stupid wreckless teen...I've never put a dent or even as much of a scratch in any car I've ever driven before this. I can't truly explain what went on.
Anyways, just drove 12 straight hours from wilmington to here in insane traffic and insane wet roads all the way. so I'm gonna get some sleep...maybe tomorrow i'll be able to form a rational thought.

I think the truth is your best option. You were tired, and the car was too much for you.
No offense intended, I'm just saying you can't be used to dealing with 550hp cars...
You might check your own insurance. Some policies cover you while you are driving other cars.
