I DESPISE 'l33t' speak. I refuse to say it unless I'm mocking it. I had a counter-strike server a while back, and it was a bannable offense to 'l33t speak' in my server. "Nub' was instant ban, no warnings, no kicks, just ban, permanently. Newbie was fine, because it'* an actual word, not some made up crap.

I R t3h l33t h4x0rz j00 nubl3ts. I pwn j00 n00bs. - Soooo annoying.
