Check in your profile, there'* a place where you can adjust your time-zone.

heh, dont worry, i did that too. went with + 7 hours instead of - 7 hours. also, they havent adjusted for DST yet either, unless they never do.

They don't. You gotta do it yourself. :?
The reason they don't is that some places don't follow DST.
