Yeah forget about it.... Babies are not weighed in pounds and ounces anymore they are weighted in grams. and measurements are now done in CM not inches...

A huge change in 8 years

All the nurses looked at me funny when I asked how much Leland weighed they said 2304 grams i said pounds speak English lol ....

Canadian is not British english. At least not in the way we say things anyhow. We have a british guy working for us and when he'* talking there are somethings he says when explaining something, that makes us all look at him weird and then tell him what it is called over here.

it sure is , we got our words,,ect from them..

now i dont mean everything,, for example they call a truck a lorry,
and an elevator a lift.. but we are part of the British Commonwealth and have the Queen of England on our money.

But we are still apart of the British colony... Plain and simple.

And if you have ever had federal excise charge you would have to pay a penalty to the queen. Not that I have ever had one of them charges but know of a few people who have.
