Yeah huge wings like that are illigal in WV from what I have been told. So he has to take it off to pass inspection. I dont think the cops will pull him over for having it though. Theres alot of rice in WV and if they pulled over everyone with a huge wing thats all they would ever do.

I don't like to actually MESS with other peoples' cars...nothing that would cause damage. Oh sure, I take photos and mock the cars and their drivers, leave demeaning flyers all over them...but I draw the line at actually damaging someone'* property without their permission.
Out here in ND we have a fun little 'joke' where we take a buttload of baloney slices and cover the car with them. When the baloney freezes (only works in winter), it'* impossible to get off and will take the paint right off you try. The only way to get it off is to start the car, let it warm up, and pour hot water on them until they peel off.
I want to do this to the little rich-kid ricers that go to my school. But I won't :")
